The University of Garoua, as promised by its Rector, Professor BOUBAKARI OUMAROU, opens up to cooperation with other State Universities and at the same time promotes cooperation in the African space, see extra- African. After the very recent signing of a memorandum of understanding with the sister University of Maroua, a second memorandum of understanding has just been signed with the University of RWANDA. This is thanks to a mission led by the Rector accompanied by the VR-CREME, the DAAC and the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences who have been staying in KIGALI since Monday, June 12, 2023.
